In this week's episode, your inebriated host almost gets punched in the face! Which the sober editor would be all for. You may remember our guest from the very first episode we aired: Asbjorn joins us again for a survey of a few of his favorite myths and legends from across various cultures that have to do with the importance of alcohol in various religions. And, for good measure, we get some insight on how to start brewing at home, as Asbjorn has also been doing that extremely well for several years.
The Hymn to Ninkasi referenced in the episode can be found here!

This week we've got a Middle Eastern spin on things as we chat with Cienna about Sufism and the spirituality (and sexuality) of dance! Arguably the most active form of meditation, we explore what it means to combine dance with prayer. Cienna takes us into the roots of Sufism, as well as how to stay inspired and motivated when one's career is in the arts.
Please check out Cienna's studio and all that she and her troupes do at the TDLI website, where they have dance classes, charity events, and more.
